We 100% own our infrastructure
We own and run the full 10xCV platform on our servers physically located in the US. Your account, profile, and CV data are stored in our system under our control — not on a shared third-party product stack.
AI only sees de-identified profile content
When we tailor your CV with third-party AI providers acting as our processors, we remove direct identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and similar contact details) from the payload first. Account and billing data are not sent to AI providers.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing or resale. We share personal data only with processors needed to run the Service (such as hosting and payments), under contractual safeguards. We do not use your CV content to train publicly shared models without your explicit consent.
In short: we own the infrastructure and data storage, strip identifiers before profile content is sent to AI providers, and share personal data only with processors needed to operate 10xCV.
